Global Smart City Partnership Program

The Global Smart City Partnership Program (GSCP) organizes and sponsors knowledge-sharing events, such as seminars, webinars, workshops, conferences, and knowledge exchange programs. Recent panels and conferences include the following​:

Launch of the Global Smart City Solutions Catalog 2024, a curated resource showcasing diverse smart city solutions, organized by sector and cross-sector applications, across three key domains: institutional, technical, and financial. 

This learning series is based on presentations addressing areas such as cities and climate change, affordable housing, community engagement, and transport.

GSCP and delegations from Brazil and Jordan represented the World Bank showcasing their smart city experiences and learning from others.

GSCP and delegations from Türkiye and Jordan represented the World Bank engagements by contributing to several sessions and organizing a City Solutions Workshop as a side event.

GSCP, the World Bank Korea Office, and MOLIT co-hosted a conference on the Smart City Development Experience as part of the World Smart City Expo Korea 2022.

The webinar showcases practical examples from the cities that have pioneered the deployment of smart technologies for carbon mitigation. 

Participants profile the latest climate-friendly, smart city developments and trends worldwide.
