John Donnelly is a communications and outreach consultant who has worked at the Accountability Mechanism Secretariat since October 2022. He has worked for a decade at the World Bank Group, including being communications advisor to the President and senior advisor to IFC CEO. Previously, he started his own communications company, and he was a journalist for the Boston Globe, Miami Herald, and the Associated Press, based in Washington, Jerusalem, Cairo, South Africa, and New York.
