"How has Mexico City Metropolitan Area perform Air Quality Management over the last 30 years?"

In this session, the former Vice Minister shares his experiences about how the Mexico City Metropolitan Area has performed Air Quality Management over the last 30 years, put in place institutional arrangements, established environmental trust funds, and set up the overall legal and regulatory framework to tackle air pollution. He also shares why public information dissemination has been one of the most critical actions on Air Quality Management for over more than 30 years and how Mexico is now increasingly linking AQM to climate change mitigation.
