This learning path introduces the core principles and methodology that learning and development professionals should apply when delivering learning solutions for their clients. It includes three modules:

  • Maximizing Learning (30 minutes) Discover learning theories and techniques that underpin the work of learning and development professionals
  • The Training Lifecycle (25 minutes) Gain insight into the industry-standard methodology for each phase of the training project lifecycle.
  • Ethics for Performance and Learning Professionals (20 minutes) Learn how to navigate common ethical dilemmas in the training profession. This module provides a practical decision-making tool to help you protect and enhance your integrity, your business, and the broader profession.
This course was developed by the IFC Grow Learn Connect program in collaboration with the Governments of Luxembourg and Norway.

About Open Learning Campus

How to Access the Course Content

To access the course content, please follow the below registration steps:

  3. Enter the code that you received via email at the “Enter Code” field. Select “Sign in” to continue with the next step.
  4. Fill in your First and Last Names and select a preferred communication language. Select “Next” to continue with the next step.
  5. Select up to five learning goals. Select “Next” to continue with the next step.
  6. Select up to five skills. Select “Next” to continue with the next step.
