In Central Asia, balancing risks and benefits in animal product production necessitates addressing concerns about zoonotic diseases and food safety. Leveraging the region's strong foundation for One Health collaboration is crucial for strengthening the food system, enhancing productivity, and ensuring industry sustainability.
