Jyldyz is a Lieutenant Colonel at the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, where she has served for 17 years – an achievement that makes her entire family proud. In this role, Jyldyz also leads a team responsible for the implementation of several World Bank-supported projects, including the Emergency COVID-19 project.
