After emerging from decades of armed conflict, Angola found itself immersed in a new challenge – an entire generation of young professionals without the skills necessary to thrive in the workforce. But with this new challenge emerged an exciting opportunity – the ability to simultaneously strengthen the country’s water supply and sanitation sector and give hope to promising young professionals.
