Wisler Dyrogène is an engineer with the Ministry of Public Work, Transportation and Communications in Haiti. He was part of the team that assessed 450,000 buildings after the earthquake. The Ministry conducts trainings for those involved in construction, often going to the construction sites to spread information on safe buildings.
