Works of art reveal the inner turmoil suffered by Syrians during three years of bitter civil conflict. Some 35 paintings and photographs have been put on display at the World Bank headquarters in Washington, a visual reminder that some 9.3 million Syrians have been displaced and are in need of international aid.
