WBAFS: Filmmaker Interview - T.C. Johnston, Rising from Ashes

Director T.C. Johnston discusses the making of his film, "Rising from Ashes" which premiered in Washington, D.C. at The World Bank Africa Film Series in 2013. Filmed over the course of six years in Rwanda. The film chronicles the development of a national cycling team in Rwanda, a country still affected by 1994 Rwandan Genocide where an estimated 500,000–1,000,000 Rwandans were killed.
