Project Objectives Description: The project development objectives remain the same and are to improve the operational performance of the Project Implementing Entity and improve the capacity of the PIE to dispatch variable renewable electricity. The additional grant will strengthen the project’s development impact leveraging earlier results achieved and contribute to an effective response to the evolving Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
