Project Objectives Description: The project contributes to the broader Kandadji Program, which “aims to enhance regional coordination, development, and management of the Niger Basin's water resources” for Niger Basin Agency member countries, and especially Guinea, Mali, Benin, Niger and Nigeria, through the construction of the Kandadji dam in Tillaberi region of western Niger.
