Caribbean Digital Transformation Project
IDA credits:
Dominica: US$28 million
Grenada: US$8 million
Saint Lucia: US$20 million
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines: $US 30 million
Terms: Maturity = 40 years; Grace = 10 years
IDA grant: (Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States Commission): US$8 million

Project Description: The objective of the project is to increase access to digital services, technologies and skills by governments, businesses and individuals in the participating Eastern Caribbean countries.
