Project Objectives Description: The development objective of the Project is to provide temporary income opportunities to selected poor and vulnerable households and to strengthen safety net delivery tools in the Republic of South Sudan.
* Based on the Government of South Sudan’s request to provide financing directly to third-party organizations to carry out operations for the benefit of the people of South Sudan due to its limited capacity to ensure operational, fiduciary and safeguards accountability and robust monitoring, the direct recipient of the proposed IDA Grant is UNOPS.
