Project Description: The Project Development Objective (PDO) is to increase access to improved sanitation services and to reduce wastewater pollution in selected areas of the city of Guayaquil. The proposed additional finance will scale up the scope and expected results of the project by expanding the area of intervention to the northeastern catch-basin of the city.
