Nepal Post-Earthquake Housing Reconstruction Project
IDA Credit: US$ 300 Million
Terms: Maturity=38 years, Grace=6 years

Project Description: The objective of the project is to provide housing grants for residents to rebuild houmes with greater hazard resilience. The additional financing will provide housing grants to an additional 96,000 beneficiaries, in addition to the 55,000 covered by the original project.
