Project Description: The objective of the project is to reduce Tonga's fiscal deficit and to support the Government's efforts in implementing reforms in the energy sector. The project will also reinforce the importance of implementing energy sector reforms which is necessary to reduce Tonga's vulnerability to oil price increases that pose a significant risk to achieving stable growth.
