Project Description: The objective of the project is to improve the attractiveness and competitiveness of the Ningxia Autonomous Region through a more effective, equitable, and sustainable use of the regional road infrastructure in support of industry and poor agricultural producers. This will be measured by reduced transit times on improved highways and improved access for rural roads.
