Project Description: The Third Governance Reform and Growth Credit for Sierra Leone is third in a series of development policy operations in support of Sierra Leone's transition from post-conflict recovery to sustainable development. The operation includes reform measures that aim to support the following development objectives: first, preserving the fiscal space needed for poverty reduction; second, promoting efficiency, transparency and accountability in the use of public resources through enhanced public financial management and governance; and third, improving the investment climate by ensuring the provision of electricity in a fiscally sustainable manner.
