Project Description: The project will finance costs associated with supporting the Government and people of Togo in addressing the consequences of years of political conflict and social upheaval that have severely limited infrastructure maintenance and extension of services. The proposed project seeks to support current recovery efforts by the Government and its development partners through emergency rehabilitation and enhanced delivery of basic infrastructure services to Lomé’s inhabitants.
