PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The main objective of this project is to increase sustainable access to basic urban services through investments in critical infrastructure. It is consistent with the Country Partnership Strategy that supports Nigeria’s National Economic, Empowerment and Development Strategy through improved service delivery for human development and improved transparency and accountability for better governance.
