PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The main objective of this project is to increase access of rural population to basic infrastructure and services through the setting up of an operationally effective decentralized system catering to local development needs. The grant funding provided by the Bank will help to scale-up decentralized and participatory rural development notably through the geographical expansion of the program.
