The Inaugural LAC E-Mobility Salon will be held on March 13, 2025, in Washington, D.C., on the sidelines of Transforming Transportation. This Salon is part of a series of events where partners and clients can exchange knowledge, share experiences, and pool resources to advance E-mobility in LAC.
The first edition of the Salon, organized by the World Bank Group, the Inter-American Development Bank and World Resources Institute, will focus on the theme "Unlocking the Shift Towards Electric Public Transportation in LAC”. This event will bring together partners and clients attending TT25 to discuss strategies and exchange successful experiences for transitioning to electric public transportation. It will highlight efforts by cities, MDBs, and other partners to promote electric transit, identify gaps, and address implementation needs. Join us to explore a sustainable, electrified future in public transport.
The conference will be held at World Bank Headquarters, located at 1818 H Street, NW, Washington DC - 20433.
All sessions will be available via videoconference for remote participants.
