KWPF 10th Anniversary Conference

The Korea World Bank Partnership Facility (KWPF) reached its 10-year anniversary in May 2023. To usher in this milestone, the Korea Ministry of Finance (MoEF) and the KWPF Team held a conference on April 25 in Seoul, S. Korea to mark the program’s achievement, decade-long implementation, share key results, and usher in the next phase of the partnership between the World Bank and the Government of Korea.

The event, titled “the KWPF Tenth Anniversary Conference: Toward a New Decade of Inspiration in Korea” conference, presented an opportunity to recognize the organizations and individuals that have been invaluable to the KWPF's success in its first decade, from beneficiaries around the world to the Korean knowledge partners who have shared their expertise. Looking to the future, the conference also provided an opportunity to engage all contributors in crafting the next phase of the partnership between the World Bank and the Government of Korea as they pursue their shared mission of helping developing countries achieve inclusive and sustainable development across a wide range of sectors, from Innovation and Technology to Health, from Agriculture to Jobs and Skills Development, and beyond.
