Central Asia Energy Trade and Investment Forum brought together senior representatives of the Central Asian governments, development partners, and investors to discuss the interlinked opportunities of electricity trade, energy security, decarbonization, and economic growth.

- Dissemination among investors of priority energy reforms and investment potential in Central Asian countries.

The event was supported by the Central Asia Water and Energy Program (CAWEP), a regional knowledge and technical assistance partnership administered by the World Bank and funded by the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. CAWEP aims to promote water and energy security at regional level and in the beneficiary countries and funds initiatives that support improvements in water and energy management and development, strengthen institutions and facilitate regional dialogue to advance sustainable development and climate resilience.
