The PRIMO Forum is a platform for sharing global procurement knowledge and building a skilled and innovative procurement community across the Europe and Central Asia region.
“Supporting Resilient Recovery and Development” is the theme of this year's PRIMO Forum taking place in Tirana, Albania on September 19-21, 2022.
Speakers and participants from all participating countries will present and discuss their experiences on how procurement can be used for post-crisis recovery and how to support sustainable development in general.
Approximately 100 participants are expected to participate, including high-level government officials for public procurement from Albania, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, North Macedonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan - along with representatives from World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), Islamic Development Bank (IsBD), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), European Investment Bank (EIB), and distinguished external speakers.
The event is hosted by the Government of Albania and is co-sponsored by EBRD, IsDB, EIB, ADB, and WB, in cooperation with OECD.
