The 15th PRIMO Forum aims to promote regional and global cooperation in public procurement and contract management to improve public investment outcomes for better service delivery to citizens.
The Forum, hosted by the Ministry of Finance, Government of Uzbekistan, is being held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on April 10-12, 2019.
Approximately 100 participants are expected, including about 50 high-level government officials responsible for public procurement in 24 countries - Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, North Macedonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan - along with representatives from ADB, IsDB, EBRD, EU, SIGMA, EIB, OECD, WTO, UNCITRAL, and the World Bank, among others.
The theme of this year's PRIMO Forum is Procurement and Implementation in Public Investment Projects.
