The World Bank’s Strategic Impact Evaluation Fund organized a two day impact evaluation workshop in Luanda, Angola, to support Angola’s Learning for All Project. The workshop focused on building capacity within the country’s Ministry of Education, and taught impact evaluation methods with emphasis on education programs. Participants also learned how to incorporate impact evaluation research into their own project’s design.

The training was led by Cristina Santos (Open University, UK) and was attended by 18 participants from Angola’s Ministry of Education.
