Enhancing Urban Governance: Advancing Records and Information Management under KUSP 2

The main objective of the Second Kenya Urban Support Program (KUSP 2, P177048) is to strengthen the capacities of urban institutions to improve the delivery and resilience of urban infrastructure and services. Records and information management was identified as one of the key capacity-strengthening areas. In particular, the focus is on scaling up interventions in the rest of the municipalities, digitization of records, and digitalization of the municipal government processes as well as conducting assessments in the counties.
