In May 2023, the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund welcomed information professionals from around the world for the 48th Annual Meeting of the International Council of Archives’ (ICA) Section of International Organisations (SIO).

At the 2022 International Council of Archives (ICA) conference, World Bank Group archivists presented on the "Archival Video Appraiser", a Machine Learning tool developed by the Archives and our IT counterparts to help with the appraisal of our collection of video recordings. 

To mark the 75th anniversary of the Bretton Woods Conference, the World Bank Group Archives organized and participated in a number of commemorative events.

On August 17, 2017, the World Bank Group hosted the National Digital Stewardship Residents of DC (NDSR DC) for their annual symposium.

The World Bank Group’s Digital Publishing, Library, and Archives teams hosted 30 librarians attending the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) conference in Baltimore for an informational tour and seminar. 

Hosted by the World Bank Group Archives, the 3rd International Symposium of InterPARES Trust was titled "Trust in the Cloud: New Research in Digital Records Preservation".

Organized by the Archives and other World Bank Group partners, this 2012 workshop brought together Bank Group staff and outside scholars whose research has benefited from the opening of the archives of the World Bank.
