Pursuant to Sanctions Board Decision No. 94 issued in Sanctions Case No. 409, the Sanctions Board imposes a sanction of debarment on Ideal Medical Products Engineering (the "Respondent") for a period of one (1) year. The Sanctions Board finds that it is more likely than not that the Respondent engaged in a corrupt practice as defined in Paragraph 1.14(a)(i) of the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits (May 2004) by paying commissions to a World Bank consultant for the award of a contract.
