Pursuant to Sanctions Board Decision No. 93 issued in Sanctions Case No. 397, the Sanctions Board imposes a sanction of debarment on Dutchmed B.V. (the "Respondent") with the possibility of conditional release after a minimum period of ineligibility of fourteen (14) years.
This sanction is imposed on the Respondent for corrupt practices as defined in Paragraph 1.14(a)(i) of the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits (May 2004) and an obstructive practice as defined in Paragraph 1.14(a)(v)(bb) of the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits (May 2004, revised October 2006 and May 2010).
