Pursuant to Sanctions Board Decision No. 81, the Sanctions Board finds insufficient evidence to conclude that it is more likely than not that the respondents in Sanctions Case No. 215 (the “Respondents”) engaged in the fraudulent practices alleged, and declares that the sanctions proceedings against the Respondents, including the temporary suspensions imposed for the pendency of such proceedings, are terminated.
