Pursuant to Sanctions Board Decision No. 79 issued in Sanctions Case No. 299, the Sanctions Board imposes a sanction of private reprimand on the respondent in this case. The Sanctions Board finds that it is more likely than not that the Respondent engaged in a fraudulent practice as defined in Paragraph 1.14(a)(ii) of the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits (May 2004, revised October 2006) by submitting a false experience certificate during the procurement processes for contracts under a Bank-financed project.
