Pursuant to Sanctions Board Decision No. 66 issued in Sanctions Case No. 208, the Sanctions Board imposes a sanction of reprimand on the Respondent by means of a formal letter of reprimand to be posted on the World Bank’s website for a period of three (3) months beginning from the date of this decision. The sanction is imposed on the Respondent for a corrupt practice as defined in Paragraph 1.25(a)(i) of the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (January 1997, and September 1997, January 1999, and May 2002).
