Pursuant to Sanctions Board Decision No. 57, the Sanctions Board denies the request for reconsideration filed by De Lorenzo of America, Corp., S.A. de C.V. (the “Respondent”) and Marketing Enterprises Latin America, LLC (the “Named Affiliate”) in respect of Sanctions Board Decision No. 49.
