Stéphane Piot is a Lead Financial Officer in the World Bank’s Treasury Asset Management and Advisory department and an engagement manager of the Reserve Advisory and Management Partnership (RAMP). For the last 15 years, he has led and continues to lead, capacity-building engagements with central banks and other official public asset managers to enhance foreign reserve management.
Mr. Piot has more than 28 years of experience in investment management with the World Bank Treasury, where he held several positions on the Capital Markets team and was responsible for issuing many structured bonds and hedging transactions with derivatives. Prior to joining Treasury’s Capital Markets Department, he managed Treasury Information Systems, where he designed, implemented, and managed financial systems applications.
He holds a Master of Science in mathematics and computer sciences and is a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute.
