Louis Albisson

Louis Albisson has been the Alternate Executive Director for France since September 2022. Before this nomination, Mr. Albisson served as Advisor to the Executive Director for one year.

Prior to joining the World Bank Group's Board of Directors, Mr. Albisson worked in the French Treasury, as Deputy Head of the insurance markets and products unit and then of the interministerial committee for industrial restructuring (CIRI).

Mr. Albisson holds a master in public affairs from the Paris institute of political sciences (Sciences po) and a master in public law from the University Paris-II Panthéon Assas. He is also a graduate from the French national school of administration, ENA (École nationale d’administration).
