Juliana Victor is the Manager, Operations for the World Bank for Eritrea, Ethiopia, South Sudan, and Sudan. She has extensive experience at the World Bank, starting in 2005 as a Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist in the HDN-Human Development Network, Global HIV/AIDS Program. Her areas of expertise include Education, Energy and Extractives, Health, Nutrition and Population, Public Sector Monitoring and Evaluation, and Social Development. Juliana holds a Doctor of International Affairs and a Master’s in International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University, a Master’s in Public Health from The George Washington University, a Master’s in Education, and a B.Sc. in Biology & Education from the University of Lagos.
