John Ilukor is an Economist for the Living Standards Measurement Study (LSMS), the World Bank’s flagship household survey program housed at the Development Data Group, based in Kampala, Uganda. As a member of the LSMS team, he is involved in the design, implementation, and analysis of complex household surveys in Malawi and Uganda. Additionally, John supports collection of Agricultural Administrative Data and the implementation of the development programs with the World Bank.
Prior to joining the Bank, John worked as a Research Associate with the CGIAR’s Standing Panel for Impact Assessment (SPIA), where he supported methodological experiments for agricultural data collection in Africa.
John holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Hohenheim University in Stuttgart, Germany, a master’s degree in Agriculture and Applied Economics, and an undergraduate degree in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University, Kampala.
