Hee Kwon (Samuel) Seo is a development economist in the Development Impact (DIME) department of the World Bank Group. He completed a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics at Harvard University and PhD in economics at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. His current research focuses on climate change economics, labor economics, and inclusive development.
