Fily Sissoko is the World Bank Resident Representative for Togo, based in Lomé. Prior to his appointment, Fily Sissoko was Manager of the Governance Global Practice for the East Asia and Pacific region, based in Bangkok.
An Ivorian national, he joined the World Bank in 2002 as a financial management specialist in the Dakar office.
In his new functions, he has three main priorities: (i) strengthen the World Bank's commitment to Togo to continue supporting the government's roadmap implementation, particularly in terms of economic and social inclusion; (ii) strengthen dialogue with national authorities and key stakeholders; and (iii) provide leadership to the World Bank team in Togo.
