Csilla Lakatos is Senior Economist in the Macroeconomics, Trade and Investment Global Practice of the World Bank. She currently leads the World Bank's work program and engagement with the authorities in Indonesia and Timor-Leste on trade, logistics and competitiveness issues.
Prior to joining the World Bank, she worked at the Directorate General for Trade of the European Commission in Brussels and the US International Trade Commission in Washington DC. She holds a PhD in International Trade and Development from Purdue University.
