Collette Mari Wheeler is a Senior Economist in the World Bank’s Prospects Group. She is one of the lead authors of the corporate flagship Global Economic Prospects report, which presents the World Bank’s view on the global economy. Previously, she worked in the World Bank’s Macroeconomics, Trade, and Investment Global Practice for the Europe and Central Asia Region. Prior to that, she worked in economic consulting. She holds an MA in economic development and a BA in economics and philosophy from Vanderbilt University.
