Abderrazzak Many is a Senior Financial Officer within the World Bank’s Treasury Asset Management and Advisory department and an Engagement Manager under the Reserve Advisory and Management Partnership (RAMP). In this role, he is responsible for client relationships and coordinating and implementing capacity-building initiatives with central banks and other public asset managers to enhance foreign reserve management.
Before joining the World Bank in 2024, Mr. Many was the Director of Financial Risk at the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates, developing and implementing financial risk policies and frameworks covering the central bank’s activities. Prior to that, he worked in the Central Bank of Morocco as a risk manager and in the Caisse de Depot et de Gestion, the largest public sector asset manager in Morocco in various roles as risk manager and head of financial risk and capital planning.
He holds a master’s degree in financial mathematics from Ecole des Mines in France and is a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute, a certified Financial Risk Manager by GARP, and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
