The World Bank Group procures consulting services from firms or other entities to provide expertise or strategic advice in support of operational activities.
Firms may participate in any Bank Group procurement without being an approved World Bank Group vendor. However, in order to receive a contract award, they must become an approved vendor.
Participating in a Procurement
The procurement of consulting services to support operational activities are conducted in a procurement platform. If you are first time user, you will be required to register as a potential supplier in the World Bank Group’s WBGeProcure Supplier Registration portal.
Interested firms are encouraged to review the information for Vendors before expressing interest or submitting a proposal in order to ensure that they will be eligible to register and become an approved World Bank Group vendor.

Disclosure of Contract Awards
Subject to the exceptions of the respective information disclosure policies, the World Bank Group reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information – specifically, the name of the vendor receiving the award, a brief description of the contracted goods or services, and the contract award amount. Vendor’s proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
