The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development hereinafter referred to as “WBG” invites expression of interest from firms for the receipt of a solicitation for providing services for the Umbrella Facility for Trade Trust Fund (UFT) - Mid-Term Evaluation.

BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK

WBG is looking for a seasoned firm with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in monitoring & evaluation methods and approaches including quantitative, qualitative and participatory methods to undertake a mid-term evaluation of the UFT. The firm should have a strong knowledge of trade issues and demonstrated experience in evaluating global partnership programs and development projects, assessing results frameworks and implementing M&E frameworks.

Objectives

The main purpose of this evaluation is to undertake an independent, systematic and objective assessment of the program’s progress on implementation and achievements to date in order to draw out key lessons and to recommend improvements in implementation processes and management including the log frame.

MANDATORY CRITERIA

1.1 Offeror must have atleast two customer references for which similar service is currently being provided.

1.2 Offeror should have minimum of 8 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation methods and approaches including quantitative, qualitative and participatory methods.

There may be additional mandatory criteria. They, if any, will be provided as part of the RFP package.

Firms meeting the above mandatory criteria may request a solicitation package.
