The objective of this assignment is to develop comprehensive regulatory frameworks for Sector Competition and Right of Way (ROW); in alignment with the National Communication Law of 2017. These frameworks aim to address critical gaps in the regulatory environment; enabling fair competition; streamlined ROW processes; and sustainable telecommunications infrastructure development in Somalia.
