The objective of this assignment is to assess the existing supply and demand for financial and non-financial services among the refugees in Uganda (primarily micro and small entrepreneurs; with secondary focus on private persons) and identify opportunities for a bank in Uganda (with a focus on microfinance) to increase outreach to these communities through the development of new and/or modifying the existing offering and value proposition.
