The World Bank Group (WBG) seeks to establish framework agreements for the procurement of third-party monitoring services. These agreements will facilitate the efficient and effective monitoring of WBG projects and programs across all regions. The WBG recognizes that the expertise necessary to deliver TPM services across the sectors of interest may require experience and capabilities beyond a single firm. Bidders are encouraged to express their interest as a consortium if needed.The activities can and will relate to projects in all regions where the Bank operates; i.e. Africa (AFR); East Asia Pacific (EAP); Europe and Central Asia (ECA); Latin America and Caribbean (LCR); Middle East & North Africa (MNA) and South Asia (SAR).

The World Bank Group reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
